Solvay Pharma India Ltd has entered into an agreement with Chennai based Chemech Laboratories Ltd for acquiring 8 pharmaceutical brands and their marketing rights for Rs. 6 crore. The brands, which acquired by Solvay mainly in gynecological range.
The company has also entered into an agreement with Laboratories Besins International, France and Instituto Massone SA, Argentina to promote and market their products in India.
