Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute in Chennai has signed an MoU with University of Hannover, Germany for joint education and research.

As per the MoU, there will be exchange of students and faculty, joint publications and research.

Dr.P.V.Vijayaraghavan, Vice Chancellor, SRMC & RI and Dr.Gerhard Fortwengel from Hannover University, after signing the MOU  said, students can join shorter or full semester courses in Medical Information Management or Clinical Research or Epidemiology or any other medical courses of partner institutions.

As and when the two governments permit, the scope for twinning programmes will be explored where students will study part of the courses in both institutions and degrees will be awarded jointly, sources informed.
