The Board of Directors of Vorin Laboratories Limited at its meeting held on June 18, 2002 has accepted the resignation tendered by N Prasad, managing director.

V Swaminathan has been appointed as new managing director of the company subject to the approvals required. The changes will be operational from the close of the business hours on June 20, 2002, the company informed BSE.
