Venkat Jasti, the chairman and managing director of Suven Pharma Limited and President, Bulk Drug Manufacturers' Association (BDMA) has joined the advisory board of Pharmabiz.com and Chronicle Pharmabiz. He is also the advisor to Andhra Pradesh chief minister, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu on pharma-related issues.

A veteran entrepreneur, Mr Jasti is a well-known figure in the Indian pharmaceutical industry and is also actively involved with various organizations, which work on issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry.

His company, Suven Pharma, is today a leading pharmaceutical company and has specialised in R&D for global life science companies.
