Wyeth wins hormone therapy trial in Arkansas court

Wyeth has announced that the jury in the trial of Helene Rush v. Wyeth, in the US district court, eastern district of Arkansas, found in favour of Wyeth.

The trial began on January 22, 2007 before The Honourable Bill Wilson. Leslie Weisbrod and William Curtis of the Dallas firm of Miller, Curtis and Weisbrod, LLP, and Kathleen Flynn Peterson of the Minnesota firm, Robins, Kaplan, Miller and Ciresi represented the plaintiff.

The plaintiff alleged that she developed breast cancer from the use of Premarin and Prempro, products marketed by Wyeth.
