Pharmexcil to organise interactive meeting between industry leaders and visiting delegates from Georgia, USA in Hyderabad
Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) will organise an interactive meeting between industry leaders and visiting delegates from Georgia, USA at Taj Banjara on February 1, 2013 in Hyderabad.
As a six-member delegation from Georgia, USA is visiting Andhra Pradesh, the Pharmexcil, on the advice of state government, has planned this interactive meeting.
The main objective of the six-member delegation is to build business relations and attract Indian enterprises to do business in Georgia. The state of Georgia is offering business opportunities in health sciences and advanced technologies; biopharmaceuticals; health IT; vaccines; biomedical engineering; and R&D and innovation.
The visiting delegates include Mark Lytle, division director, Georgia Department of Economic Development; Amanda Shailendra, senior project manager, Health Sciences and Advanced Technologies, Georgia Department of Economic Development; David B Hartnett, vice president, Bioscience-Health IT Industry Development, Metro Atlanta Chamber; Dr Murali-Krishna Kaja, associate director, ICGEB-Emory Vaccine Centre; Charles Sparkman, chief business officer, Emory Vaccine Centre, Emory University; and Ani Agnihotri, managing partner, USIBRC and programme chair - USA India Business Summit.
As the delegates are keen to interact with Indian Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry, interested entrepreneurs from India dealing with Biotechnology, Health IT, Vaccines, Biopharmaceuticals and R&D etc. can attend the interactive session and take maximum advantage to build their global business potential.
