TeleradTech, the technology division of Teleradiology Solutions has released its dental imaging workflow platform RADSPA-DI.
The novel imaging RADSPA-DI addresses the requirements of dental imaging workflows while it retains the robust and fast image management and sharing technology of its flagship radiology imaging workflow platform, RADSpa. The new imaging solution with its distributed architecture and web interface provides efficient workflow for distributed dental operations.
Dental imaging workflow involves multiple users including the dental radiologist, dentist and the manufacturer of the implants. its multi-role web-based platform, enables collaborating among these users. Further, the users can seamlessly share the dental images, patient data and manufacturer information like the STL files.
RADSPA-DI has an integrated Dicom Dental viewer with features specifically optimized for viewing dental images. RADSPA-DI platform has an embedded dental CRM engine enabling the dentists to order implants etc with the manufacturers and track the deliveries. This helps them to determine their treatment planning schedules. The workflow involves automatically aggregating the different JPEG images of a study, converting them to a Dicom study, routing to the radiologists and dentists based on the configurable routing rules, distributing the manufacturing information to the corresponding manufacturer and delivering the reports to the dentists.
According to Raghavendra Kumar Ravinutala, vice president Business Development - TeleradTech, RADSPA-DI would help dental clinics and hospitals to achieve faster turn-around-time in their patient care with seamless sharing of medical data and images which would improve the efficiency of the dental specialists. The automation of work-flow tasks, would result in significant cost reduction as it eliminates expensive CD printing and physical distribution of images and medical data. RADSPA-DI is FDA, CE approved and fully HIPAA compliant.
Telerad Tech has domain understanding and technology prowess to implement technology solutions to solve the radiology workflow problems. The products are developed, tested and piloted in the radiology eco-system and hence equipped with providing the most efficient, radiologist friendly work-flow.
