The preliminary findings of the designated authority which concluded that the saccharin imports from China was below its normal value and had resulted in material injury to domestic industry and the recommendation of a provisional anti-dumping duty was notified on April 1, 2006. The final decision has come after the preliminary findings were confirmed.
