Attainia and Broadlane enter into multi-year purchasing agreement covering equipment planning software
Attainia Inc announced that Broadlane Inc has signed a multi-year licensing agreement for Attainia's equipment planning software. The agreement is for a term of five years and contains an option to extend the term to a maximum of ten years.
"We are pleased to enter into this agreement with Broadlane and view the selection of our equipment planning software as confirmation of the utility and wide acceptance of our software in the equipment planning arena," said George Garner, chief operating officer of Attainia. "This agreement with Broadlane builds upon our success in delivering solutions to budget, plan and design for equipment in healthcare. We look forward to a mutually beneficial and productive working relationship."
Under terms of the agreement, Attainia will provide its equipment planning software for Broadlane's use in planning capital equipment projects. Attainia's software suite is designed to accelerate the selection, procurement and implementation of capital equipment and related accessories. Broadlane will employ these solutions to enhance its capital equipment planning and procurement services offered to its healthcare provider customers.
