International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), a global not-for-profit association of 25,000 pharmaceutical science and manufacturing professionals, has announced the development and addition of new Online Learning programmes to its family of educational products.
"Not only is ISPE Online Learning available anytime, anywhere, it is also a more cost-effective format for individuals and groups to obtain pharmaceutical science and manufacturing knowledge and skills," said ISPE president and CEO Robert P Best. "ISPE's Online Learning is a solution for those facing time, travel, and financial constraints."
ISPE Online Learning courses can be completed by individuals who want to augment their knowledge base in a convenient, online environment where they can review course content more than once to reinforce learning. Formats include live webinars, recorded webinars, and post-event video recordings that have been developed based on learner needs and categorized according to the level of mastery required. It is fundamental for those with little knowledge in a particular area who require a structured format and detailed information. It is made intermediate for those with greater knowledge in a content area requiring less structure and more personalization. And it is advanced to provide an educational environment that fosters synthesis and evaluation for those with advanced knowledge in a content area.
Upcoming Online Learning opportunities include a live Process Validation Webinar on 13 January with Grace McNally of the US FDA, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) webinars, and Certified Pharmaceutical Industry Professional (CPIP) preparation webinars.
ISPE is the Society of choice for 25,000 pharmaceutical science and manufacturing professionals in 90 countries. ISPE aims to be the catalyst for 'Engineering Pharmaceutical Innovation' by providing Members with opportunities to develop technical knowledge, exchange practical experience, and collaborate with global regulatory agencies and industry leaders.
