Though the pharmaceutical sales increased to Rs 99.98 crore from Rs 90.94 crore, its trading activity was completely stopped during 2004-05. Due to amalgamation of Kopran Pharmaceuticals Ltd with Kopran Ltd. The company allotted 40.80 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of erstwhile Kopran Pharmaceutical Ltd. Due to this allotment of shares, the equity capital of the company increased to Rs 25.51 crore from Rs 21.43 crore in the previous year. Meanwhile, Kopran Ltd has allotted 30 lakh warrants to Sampada Chemicals Ltd.
