Sakra storms in to home healthcare services, teams up with Dabur Group’s HCAH India

The 350-bed Sakra World Hospital has now stormed into garner a share of home healthcare service in partnership with Dabur Group’s  initiative  HealthCare At Home (HCAH).  It will now offer personalised care at patient’s own home, by trained healthcare professionals helping them in saving time, travel and also providing greater convenience to them and their families.

Sakra HCAH services will include laboratory investigations and home visits of doctors, nurses, nutritionists, physiotherapists, etc.

India has a vast pool of ageing population. According to United Nations Population Fund report, by 2050 one in five Indians will be above the age of 60. This means greater number of patients suffering from chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Heart Failure, and Respiratory Failure etc. will require routine healthcare services for maintaining their independent quality of life. Sakra HCAH will not only provide value to the patients post-discharge, but also to anyone who needs healthcare assistance at home due to any type of medical concern. “We believe in giving complete care to the patients, including care beyond hospital, so that patients can have healthier, happier and hassle-free life,” said  Dr. Raajiv Singhal, Group CEO, Sakra World Hospital.

To begin with, Sakra HCAH will have 3 comprehensive wellness management subscription models (Duration: 3 months, 6 months & 12 months) wherein there would be monthly touch points at patient’s home, he added.
